On-site construction supervision.

Construction prices depend upon design and quality of materials ranging from US$ 450 to US$ 800 per square meter.

Full architectural plans cost 4% of the construction costs.

We also design and advise in the construction of hotels, apartment buildings and commercial properties in general.
