Our company works together with the best construction companies on the island. After the building contract has been signed, your villa will be completed on time. Construction prices depend upon design and quality of materials, ranging from US$ 550 to US$ 950 per square meter (from US$ 51 to US$ 88 per square feet). Full architectural plans are about 4% of the construction costs.
Our Architectural Department will assist you in designing your dream villa to express your individual personality and taste, with your budget in mind. One story, multiple stories, columns, terraces, courtyards, atriums, pools and gardens - the possibilities are endless.
