Juan Perdomo, the founder and president of CENTURY 21 Juan Perdomo, was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up on the island. He is a graduate of PUCMM School of Business Administration in Santiago. After graduating, he went into the banking business, working for the Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Boston. The experience he gained in both institutions contributed positively towards his founding of the Juan Perdomo Real Estate company in 1985. Mr Perdomo has also attended both Columbia Univertsity in New York and Harvard University in Boston. His native language is Spanish and he is also fluent in English, French and German.

In 2001, Juan Perdomo joined the worldwide operating franchise CENTURY 21, which has 7,700 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices and 117,000 sales associates in 68 countries and is the fastest growing real estate franchise in the world. CENTURY 21 Juan Perdomo is engaged in the development, marketing and selling of residential and commercial real estate in the Dominican Republic and has offices in all major tourist areas including Sosua, Cabarete, Las Terrenas and Punta Cana. The Sosua & Cabarete offices encompass the North Coast region including Luperon, Puerto Plata, Rio San Juan and Cabrera. Our Las Terrenas office serves the entire Samana Peninsula including Las Galeras. The Punta Cana office covers the southeastern side of the island, Bavaro, Bayahibe and La Romana.We have the largest inventory of properties for sale including our own exclusive development projects.
CENTURY 21 Juan Perdomo is a family oriented business. Guido Perdomo, an attorney, works closely with the office to ensure clear titles. Charlie Perdomo works as an accountant for the company. As a Dominican family-owned business, we are here to stay. Who knows the Dominican Republic better than a Dominican?
