Pablo Rivera, father of two boys, was born in Puerto Plata, one of the prettiest cities in the Dominican Republic. The artistic tradition of this city, combined with its deeply-rooted Victorian architecture, inspired Pablo to study in the Department of Architecture of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
Since his graduation in 1987, he settled in the tourist area of Sosua and Cabarete, where he has established his career in real estate, working with Juan Perdomo for 20 years in the development, management and commercialization of well known local residential complexes, commercial venues and condominiums, involving many venues of mediation and training in the area of real estate. Ever since his involvement with the franchise CENTURY 21 Juan Perdomo in 2001, he has grown in the role of Office Manager in Sosua.
He is a person with a high regard for responsibility and dedicated to the service of those willing to invest in the Dominican Republic, assisting them with the knowledge that he has acquired throughout his career.

Ina Hapke (formerly Birkhan) worked until the fall of the Wall as a cultural house leader in the former GDR. She took advantage of their newfound freedom to travel and making dreams come true. She found, along with their daughter Christin, a new home in the Dominican Republic. Since 16 years, she is a successful real estate agent in our company, having reached Centurion in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008; and even once belonged to the "Top Ten International". Ina likes to write about the country and the people and gets involved for poor Dominican children. Ina is married, has one daughter and 2 dogs. She offers her clients a service that does not stop with the purchase of a house, guaranteeing a smooth start to the new chosen home.

I was born in England and lived the following years in Germany in Kiel, where I like to stay for some weeks every summer. As an avid watersports fan I always wanted to live and work in a place with endless summer so I moved in 1993 to the north coast of the Dominican Republic, a paradise for watersports and 4wheeling, which became my second big hobby in 2006.
As Vice-President of the Rotary Club Puerto Plata Isabel de Torres I am actively involved in various humanitarian projects in the area. Since 1995 I work as a senior Real Estate Consultant for CENTURY 21 Juan Perdomo and have helped many investors to find their dream property. I was born and raised in North Carolina, USA. My wife, son, and I moved to the Dominican Republic in 2000, and it was the best thing that ever happened to us. I have been with CENTURY 21 Juan Perdomo since 2002, and have earned Centurion status for 5 consecutive years.
My family and I have lived and worked in both the Punta Cana and Cabarete area of the Dominican Republic. We enjoy sharing stories about life in the Dominican Republic, learning about other cultures from all over the world as well as cruising, live music, and warm weather,- all of which the Dominican Republic has in abundance. I was born in the Netherlands and lived there most of my life. After a career in hard- and software and a lot of traveling in Europe and Asia, I decided to get away from the stress and the cold temperatures to live on this beautiful Caribbean island.
I came to the DR late 1998 and I have never regretted taking this decision!
In 2002 I joined CENTURY 21 Juan Perdomo and over the years I have guided many clients through the process of purchasing a property in the DR.

Giulio D. Passarelli, known as Dom, an Italian/American with more than 37 years experience in the Dominican Republic. A former educator and investment specialist in the USA, Dom is fluent in several languages. Christin has lived on the north coast since 16 years having moved there from Germany with her mother. Passionate surfer who dedicates some of her time to organize surfing and water sport events as well as keeping public access to the local beaches. I am from Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and I studied for a career as an architect and majored in land management and real estate assessment. Three years ago i joined the architectural design department of CENTURY 21 Juan Perdomo where I simultaneously have been involved in sales. I was born on the North Coast of this beautiful island. At the age of 20, I graduated with a Law degree with minors in English and French. I recently completed my Master's degree in Real Estate Law, with the purpose of being able to offer quality service to all of my clients. I am originally from Bulgaria and have lived on the North Coast for the past 13 years, having moved here from Munich, Germany. My name is Jesus Perdomo and I am a native of this enchanting island, Quisqueya, The Dominican Republic. I was born In Santiago de los Caballeros and was educated in Moca. Sixteen years ago decided to change careers and explore new horizons and then decided on the North Coast as my new residence. It was here in Sosúa that I met the woman in my life, Maria Fernanda Delgado, who has born two beautiful children during our 11 years of marriage. Maria is Colombian but was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. She worked for American Airlines for 5 years before embarking on a career in real estate. Maria studied tourism in Montreal but upon arriving here she developed her career in merchandising and sales. In 2002she was a distributor for an Italian clothing firm on the north coast and then opened her own store where she acquired her many skills in customer service and marketing development. We are both avid surfers. Since 2008 we formed a team within CENTURY 21 Juan Perdomo known as TOPTEAM. For us working in real estate has been a fantastic experience that has allowed us to work with people from around the world and see to their putting full confidence in us so as to help them find the property of their dreams. Rudy Lampole is a Belgian, who has lived in the Dominican Republic for more than 27 years. After working in the restaurant business for many years,  Rudy decided to return to the real estate sector, a business he knows quite well having worked several years in the business in his native Belgium. Hi! My name is Joe Ciotti and I was born in Toronto, Canada. I moved to this amazing island about ten years ago with my wife and our daughter. When I was younger, I was the lead singer with two Canadian recording bands; now I perform with two rock bands here on the island.
Windsurfing brought my wife and me here in 1985. We fell in love with the people, and with the incredible ocean and land sports we're able to do year round. My wife and I learned to kite surf about 12 years ago. Now, along with our daughter, we can be found out in the waves kite surfing when it's really windy.
Along with my musical career, I spent many years, buying and selling properties in Canada. This evolved into designing and constructing waterfront houses along the shore of Georgian Bay in Ontario Canada. I purchased my first property here 11 years ago, building and designing a house and recording studio on the shore of Cabarete Bay. My hands-on construction experience, and 26 years of buying and selling properties, along with my experience of integrating into this community with my family, have provided me with a vast amount of knowledge that I'd like to share with you.
