Punta Cana |

Punta Cana is located on the southeastern coast of the island. This once nearly uninhabited region has for more than two decades been a major holiday destination for North Americans and Europeans. Many luxury hotels line the shores in Playa Bavaro where the white sand beaches stretch for miles in both directions. In recent years, Punta Cana has developed as the golfer’s haven with large residential projects being developed by several famous investors including Donald Trump. Punta Cana is also renowned for its excellent deep-sea fishing and annual international tournaments take place here.
