Our Team

Jose Luis Prida was born in Santo Domingo and grew up in Santiago de los Caballeros. Since he was a young child he has vacationed and spent long weekends in Sosua. He loves all aspects of the ocean from simply enjoying the views of the sea to water sports such as water skiing, sailing, and fishing. Jose Luis joined the the Juan Perdomo CENTURY 21 family in 2007 as a broker of the Samana and Punta Cana offices. He studied Business Administration in Santo Domingo and worked in the shoe industry for 25 years. Jose Luis speaks Spanish and English.

Gaby Zehnder

Gaby Zehnder, a Swiss National, moved to Punta Cana 12 years ago. During these wonderful years, she has enjoyed the sundrenched white sand beaches of the Dominican Republic and has made it her home, while at the same time raising her two beautiful children. She has profited from her real life experience here in Punta Cana and witnessed the amazing development and continued growth..

Gaby's warm and charming personality together with her educational background in private banking along with a Master's degree in Business Administration, give her a natural ability to work in the Real Estate Industry and to completely understand your needs. She speaks fluent German, French, Spanish and English.
