Jose Luis Prida
Jose Luis Prida was born in Santo Domingo and grew up in Santiago de los Caballeros. Since he was a young child he has vacationed and spent long weekends in Sosua. He loves all aspects of the ocean from simply enjoying the views of the sea to water sports such as water skiing, sailing, and fishing. Jose Luis joined the the Juan Perdomo CENTURY 21 family in 2007 as a broker of the Samana and Punta Cana offices. He studied Business Administration in Santo Domingo and worked in the shoe industry for 25 years. Jose Luis speaks Spanish and English.

Jesús Iturralde
Jesús was born in Havana, Cuba and graduated from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. with a Master in Science Degree in Linguistics. He has been a language and linguistics professional from the primary to the university level; he has managed successfully his own business, and his interest in real estate began long ago with his participation in various non-profit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity.
Jesús has travelled the world, from Mexico to Saudi Arabia, and has acquired an important multicultural experience -crucial to his real estate profession- before settling down in Las Terrenas with his wife Alma and his son Tenzin. He believes that a strong professional ethic and firm dedication is vital to his success in the area of real estate and in serving his clients. He speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian.
